The Christmas Wreath Pin Holder

So many of us have collected Christmas pins/brooches over the years and usually don't even wear them during the holiday season.

That is why we have created the "Christmas Wreath Pin Holder". You can display your pin collection as a wonderful holiday decoration.

This is such a unique display tool that everyone will ask "where did you get this". Year after year you can display your wreath, and by changing the pins on it, make it look a little different and unique each time you hang it.

Let us get started.

    Materials Needed:

    1) Matt Board

    2) Batting

    3) Christmas Design Material

    4) Fabric Glue

    5) Silver or Gold Card

    6) Lace

Let's Create:

1) Cut out your matt board (Approx. 10" Diameter)

2) Cut the batting the same size as the pattern.

3) Glue the batting to the matt board.

4) Cut the material to fit over the batting...(option...you can cover with the material both sides of the wreath) Make sure to cut the material about an inch larger around to tuck over the back.

5) Glue the material over the batting and tuck over...make sure as you are gluing to smooth out the material and do not over glue.

6) Glue the cord around the entire perimeter of the wreath and then glue the cord as pictured to section off the wreath.

7) Glue your lace, as pictured, on the inside of the cording around the wreath.

8) Glue a small piece of cord on the back of the wreath to make the hanger.

9) Just pin your brooches/pins onto the wreath.

You are done!

You have made a unique and beautiful decoration to be used for many treasured years to come!

Happy Creating!
