Wash and cut your strawberries in quarters lengthwise. Keep the green tops of the
strawberries for a decoration.
Then put a half of cup of honey in a small sauce pan, and heat over a low heat until it
becomes a thin consistency.
Place approximately l/2 cup of ricotta into an individual glass dessert dish ( an ice cream
or jello dish works well)
Place your cut strawberries around the ricotta in the dish surrounding the ricotta.
Pour a thin layer of honey over the ricotta.
Place a strawberry top in the center of the ricotta.
