CLAIMS for any defect, missing parts or material damage must be reported to us within TEN (14) days of receipt of order. Claims for damage intransit caused by carrier must be reported to carrier at time of delivery.

Please contact our customer service at: "support@livingvictorian.com" to claim for defect or malfunction, then obtain RA (Return Authorization) Number from our Customer Service. RA Number MUST BE shown on the return package, the package will NOT be accepted WITHOUT RA Number.
